When can I visit SPACE LOS ANGELES?

by appointment, Monday through Thursday 10am to 3:30pm

What days is SPACE LOS ANGELES available to rent?

We are available to be booked 24/7. Events with guests can not start before 6am and need to be done by midnight.

Where is the best place to park?

There are two large parking lots on Broadway between $8-10 for 8 hours. There is also metered street parking available. See below for nearest parking locations:


What furniture is available to use?

All of our furniture on the ground level is free to use. This includes 1 large rectangular table with seating for 7 (large bench + 4 chairs), 1 additional bench, 2 leather butterfly chairs + side table and cowhide rug, 1 square table with office chairs. We just ask that anything not used is placed upstairs by the renter. Our window benches can provide additional seating.

Can I put things up on the wall or windows?

Yes! Please make sure it's easily removable and doesn't damage the surface.

Is there a noise ordinance in DTLA?

12 am, we suggest ending your event by 11pm to allow 1 hour for breakdown.

Minimum rental period?

The minimum is 6 hours.

What is the pricing policy?

50% is due when booking (and would be kept if canceling 72h prior to event). 50% due on day of event.
